Owning one of the largest wire EDM machines in the Midwest, Master Cut EDM performs high-quality wire, small hole, and high-speed CNC small hole electrical discharge machining (EDM) services for our clients. Our advanced machinery can handle parts measuring up to 50″ x 36″ x 20″ when fully submerged, and even larger sizes when the parts are not fully submerged. In addition, our EDM technology can produce components with ultra-smooth finishes down to 6Ra.
With our EDM operations, we help manufacturers whose current machine components don’t fit into their existing equipment, offering a better, more cost-effective solution. Working mostly with tool steel and titanium, we perform our advanced EDM services on one-off parts and prototypes, and can handle low-volume production runs.
